VENTAFIX Terms of Service

1. Service

VENTAFIX is software developed and operated by José Bonilla that helps businesses manage customer communications and operational processes through enabled features and supported third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Google.

2. Acceptance and Accounts

By creating an account, connecting a business or using VENTAFIX, you agree to these Terms and to use the service in accordance with applicable law and third-party platform rules. You are responsible for your account, authorized integrations and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. One Plan, One Business

Each VENTAFIX plan is intended for one business. Configuring an additional business requires a separate plan or package unless VENTAFIX expressly provides otherwise. Existing administrative or compatibility support for multiple businesses does not grant unlimited businesses under one plan.

4. Business Responsibilities

The business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information it configures, including services, products, prices, schedules, availability, professionals, payment information, appointment or order rules and customer-facing policies.

The business is also responsible for its relationship with its customers, obtaining any notices or permissions required for communications, and handling customer information in accordance with applicable law.

5. Enabled and Future Features

Only features shown as available and successfully connected should be treated as active. Features described as upcoming, pending, in preparation or requiring platform approval are not guaranteed to be available until VENTAFIX confirms activation.

6. Third-Party Services

VENTAFIX may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, Google and hosting or infrastructure providers. Their availability, restrictions, policies and outages may affect VENTAFIX. Connecting an integration also subjects the business to the applicable provider terms.

7. Automated Responses

VENTAFIX may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to interpret messages and assist with communications and operational tasks. The business remains responsible for the products, services, prices, policies and information supplied through the service and should review important outputs where appropriate.

8. Acceptable Use

VENTAFIX may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, spam, abusive messaging, infringement, malicious automation or activity that violates integrated-platform rules or the rights of others.

9. Availability and Support

VENTAFIX aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages or security events may temporarily affect availability. Support requests may be sent to the contact address below; formal service levels have not yet been established.

10. Plans, Trials and Billing

Prices, trial periods and payment terms are binding only when confirmed in the applicable order, proposal or plan accepted by the business. VENTAFIX has not established a universal contractual refund policy in these Terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be confirmed with the applicable commercial offer before paid activation.

11. Suspension and Cancellation

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment under an applicable agreement, unlawful activity, abuse, material violation of these Terms or third-party platform requirements. A business may request cancellation through the contact address below.

Requests to export or delete information will be evaluated according to the enabled service, applicable agreement, technical feasibility and legal or operational retention requirements. See the Data Deletion page.

12. Privacy

How VENTAFIX processes personal information is described in the VENTAFIX Privacy Policy. Businesses may have their own privacy obligations toward their customers and professionals.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

VENTAFIX may evolve as features and integrations develop. These Terms may be updated to reflect service or requirement changes. The current version will remain available on this page.

14. Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VENTAFIX is provided without a guarantee that every automated interpretation, customer message, third-party integration or external service will always operate without interruption or error. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
