VENTAFIX Data Deletion

Last updated: August 30, 2026

VENTAFIX users and individuals who have interacted with a business using VENTAFIX may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of the service.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send a request to josebonillarte@gmail.com using the subject VENTAFIX Data Deletion Request.

Include enough information to identify the relevant records, such as the participating business and the telephone or WhatsApp number associated with the interaction. Account holders may also identify the VENTAFIX account concerned.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, authorization codes or other account credentials.

Verification

We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority over the account or number, and prevent unauthorized deletion of another person's information. Where VENTAFIX processes information for a participating business, the request may be handled in coordination with that business.

What May Be Deleted or Anonymized

After a valid request is identified and verified, personal information within VENTAFIX's control that is subject to the request will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit integrity or necessary operational records.

No universal completion period is stated at this stage. The requester will be contacted using the information supplied when verification or clarification is necessary.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from VENTAFIX does not necessarily delete information independently controlled or retained by a participating business, WhatsApp, Meta, Google or another third-party service. Requests concerning those independent records may need to be submitted directly to the relevant organization.
